Sometimes, I wonder if I will wake up one day and have more than token thanks or contempt for the many things I have in life.And then I realize that I am simply not that kind of person, Facebook reposts telling me to the contrary. The First Circle of Hell looks like Earth, but is characterized by a mild dissatisfaction and disconnection from what seems meaningful and has purpose. I'm not saying I'm always chilling out with Dante. But we go drinking pretty often. |
