Studying on a friday night, sitting in an empty room on an empty floor. The science building hums faintly, like a radio set just out of the range of some station.I feel a pull to do something else, but I can't. I screwed myself enough by deciding to try to sleep like a normal person. I ended up feeling and doing better without much sleep. I guess anything else just feels foreign in some subconscious way. I'm not mad or disappointed, I just wish this nagging feeling in my head would die. I caught my breath finally; time to run back. No messages from Matt or Colleen. |
